Contact requests

When you use the contact form, Dairyland collects the details you provide, which may include your name, company or farm, email, phone number, preferred follow-up method, equipment location, the kind of help you need, equipment details, and your message. We use that information to review the request, contact you, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation or service need.

How the form is protected

Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission appears legitimate. The website also uses rate limits and one-way keyed hashes of technical identifiers to reduce abuse without storing a raw IP address in the Dairyland lead record. Cloudflare may process IP address, browser information, security signals, and requested pages as it delivers and protects the website.

Storage and notification

An accepted request is stored in a Dairyland-only Cloudflare D1 database before an email notification is attempted. Amazon Simple Email Service delivers that private notification to Dairyland. A notification failure does not delete the stored request. Dairyland does not send an automatic message to the email address entered in the form.

Retention and access

Contact information is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate the website, protect the form, review requests, or provide the requested follow-up. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, related business records, security, and applicable legal obligations.

Website measurement

Google Analytics helps us understand which pages people use and how they arrive at our website, including visits from Google Ads and unpaid search. Where measurement is enabled, Google may receive cookies, IP address, browser and device information, and limited page and traffic-source information. Page addresses exclude contact-prefill values and other unapproved query contents. We do not send contact-form contents to Analytics, use Google Signals, or enable personalized advertising. Automatic form and other enhanced-interaction collection are disabled. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Analytics follows the same regional blocking and privacy choices described below.

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides privacy-focused page-view and performance measurements so Dairyland can understand whether the website is working well.

Google Ads helps us measure whether our ads lead to accepted forklift service or emergency repair requests. Where measurement is enabled, Google may receive advertising cookies, ad-click identifiers, IP address, browser information, and limited page information. For each qualifying request, our website sends a random-looking request identifier to avoid counting it twice. We do not send your name, email, phone, company, message, or other form details to Google. Enhanced conversions and personalized-advertising features are disabled in our website configuration. General inquiries are not counted as repair conversions.

After a Google ad visit, eligible visitors may see a Google forwarding number in place of our business number. Calls still reach Dairyland. Google may measure the call time, duration, caller area code, and caller phone number. A phone-link click alone is not counted as a completed call. Website call measurement follows the same regional blocking and privacy choices described below.

Before loading Google measurement, our website checks the approximate country supplied by Cloudflare. Google Analytics and advertising measurement are blocked for visitors identified as being in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. We do not currently collect advertising consent for those visitors, so measurement stays off. It also stays off if the country cannot be determined or the check fails. Google explains its processing in its privacy policy.

The contact-form checkbox only allows Dairyland to respond to your request. It does not grant advertising consent or override your privacy choices. Turning off advertising measurement does not prevent you from sending a contact request.

Your privacy choices

You can opt out of Google Analytics and advertising measurement below, including applicable US privacy opt-outs for advertising data sharing and targeted advertising. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by blocking Google Analytics and Ads measurement. These choices apply to all visitors, wherever they are located.

The button saves an opt-out in this browser using a privacy-choice cookie and local storage, removes accessible Google Analytics and Ads cookies set by this site, and reloads the page with Google measurement blocked. The cookie lasts up to one year; the local preference remains until cleared. Clearing browser data or using another browser or device may require opting out again. If the browser cannot save a privacy-choice cookie, Google Analytics and Ads measurement stays off.

Google Maps

The contact page includes an optional Google map. It loads only when you open it. Google then receives your IP address and browser information and processes your use of the map under its privacy policy. You can also use our directions and Google Maps links to open Google directly.

Other websites

Any link to another website is governed by that site’s privacy practices. Dairyland is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of unrelated websites.

Use the secure contact form to ask a privacy question or request a correction. A public email address will not be published until a monitored Dairyland inbox is approved.
