Contact requests

When you use the contact form, Dairyland collects the details you provide, which may include your name, company or farm, email, phone number, preferred follow-up method, equipment location, the kind of help you need, equipment details, and your message. We use that information to review the request, contact you, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation or service need.

How the form is protected

Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission appears legitimate. The website also uses rate limits and one-way keyed hashes of technical identifiers to reduce abuse without storing a raw IP address in the Dairyland lead record. Cloudflare may process IP address, browser information, security signals, and requested pages as it delivers and protects the website.

Storage and notification

An accepted request is stored in a Dairyland-only Cloudflare D1 database before an email notification is attempted. Amazon Simple Email Service delivers that private notification to Dairyland. A notification failure does not delete the stored request. Dairyland does not send an automatic message to the email address entered in the form.

Retention and access

Contact information is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate the website, protect the form, review requests, or provide the requested follow-up. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, related business records, security, and applicable legal obligations.

Website measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides privacy-focused page-view and performance measurements so Dairyland can understand whether the website is working well. Dairyland does not use an advertising or behavioral-profiling tracker on this site.

Any link to another website is governed by that site’s privacy practices. Dairyland is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of unrelated websites.

Questions or corrections

Use the secure contact form to ask a privacy question or request a correction. A public email address will not be published until a monitored Dairyland inbox is approved.
